The one in the black dress is Teresia Kuefer. She's the eldest of the five, at 18. She wields Time Magic. The wish she made in exchange for her contract was to "grow up and be respected as an adult" because she was tired of being treated like a kid. She has been aging and experiencing time at an accelerated rate while ever since. Over the course of 5 years, she went from being 8 years old to being 18. She has been fighting against the hidden enemy known as "Witches" alone the entire time... Because everyone else is still living in "normal" time.
